Rest assured, we will assess your pet’s condition quickly and accurately, taking their welfare seriously and providing the necessary interventions to stabilise their condition. Guiding you through the next steps, we will be clear and thorough in explaining your pet’s situation, discussing treatment options, and coordinating any necessary referrals to specialist care.

Primary care and triage

Unsure what your pet needs next, or how urgent the problem is? We will give you an immediate assessment of their condition and advise you on the urgency and treatment steps required.

Stabilisation

We’ll help you stabilise any emergency conditions or injuries, relieving pain and ensuring their welfare until definitive treatment can be provided.

Pre-specialist

We provide initial diagnostic tests, treatments, and support to manage your pet’s condition and prepare them for any specialist care required.
